Central to the Roker Point landscape was an engineering marvel, with a channel for boat slips magnificently carved out of the rock.

Branding Life Along the Water
As you stand on the jetty looking out into the vast blue ocean waters, you will see the catamarans, sailboats, and super yachts moving gracefully across the horizon. Because Roker Point caters to the luxury buyer who enjoys boating and life along the water, we intentionally made that element central in the new brand. Its color palette was directly inspired by the color of the ocean waters that surrounded this unique slice of island paradise.
Experiencing Roker Point
Our vision was that prospective owners would experience Roker Point through a series of hand-delivered pieces designed to surprise and delight long before they ever set foot on the white sandy beaches. We wanted Roker Point’s collateral and materials to feel crisp, clean, and fresh – but also sophisticated and representative of the high-end buyers they were seeking to attract.
